A psychologist has identified the causes why women cannot lose weight, even if they know and count the calories. The causes are:

  1. Eating as a way to regulate emotions.
  2. Chronic lack of sleep.
  3. An unconscious prohibition against one’s own body.
  4. Perfectionism and “all or nothing” thinking.

General conclusion:

All four reasons are not solved by changing the diet plan – it is necessary to work with the psychology of the person: with habits, emotions and beliefs about yourself and your body.

Useful material, it’s good that professionals help people. I am not a psychologist, and therefore I thought that these were only reasons, and the true cause was hidden somewhere else. However, I now realize that I was wrong, and I have finally discovered the true reasons.
