I am 25 years old. I notice that every time someone prefers someone else over me or loses interest in me, I feel rejected and worthless. I think there is something wrong with me, I compare myself to others, and I start to hate myself. This leads to tears and a feeling that I will never be good enough. I am in therapy and I want to discuss this. Has anyone experienced something like this? How can I break this vicious cycle?
