What do men over the age of 30 really lose when they stop making friends, and is it too late to change?

Men lose the ability to find and define the purpose and meaning of their lives through their friends. However, men still have the ability to do this on their own.
Men who are lost to friendship and unable to define themselves acquire material possessions, but they eventually lose their energy, health, and live short lives.
Men who are able to find themselves on their own gain everything they need, and they do not require friends to do so.
It is too late to make friends after the age of 30. The reason is that friendship is based on a spiritual, inner focus and has nothing to do with the external. However, people only have a spiritual focus when they are young. As they grow older, they shift their focus to the external, and the spiritual becomes less important to them. So how can you get something from people that they’ve already lost with age?
